Ronny is a former member and chairman of the City of Aiken planning commission and currently serves on the Aiken and Edgefield Economic Development Partnership Board.

Clayton (Clay) B. Bolton

After a sixteen-year career in higher education, Clay Bolton recently joined his father in the family business. Clay has worked in college athletics, student affairs, and taught at the undergraduate and graduate level. He has worked at the University of Georgia, Mississippi State University, Centenary College and most recently the University of South Carolina. Having grown up in the family business, he has a natural knack for assisting clients. He is happy to assist you.

Barry Buchanan

After 27 years in the automotive industry, Barry obtained his real estate license in September 2007 to concentrate exclusively on commercial real estate sales and leasing. In the two years since, Barry has sold and leased $2,440,000.00 in commercial properties.
Barry is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Aiken and has served as Sunday School Superintendent, Deacon & Elder. Barry and Brenda have two children, Franklin, 26, and Anne, 23.
