R.B. (Ronny) Bolton

Ronny has over 30 years in the commercial real estate business in Aiken and the surrounding area. His work includes developing various projects such as residential sub-divisions, multi-family, retirement, wholesale/retail and industrial.

Ronny is a former member and chairman of the City of Aiken planning commission and currently serves on the Aiken and Edgefield Economic Development Partnership Board.

Vicki Bolton

After retiring from the County, Vicki has joined Ronny, her husband, as a licensed sales associate and administrative assistant.

She is a native of the area and brings tremendous knowledge to the firm.

Todd Fishburn

Todd has recently relocated to the Aiken area from Ft. Myers Florida where he spent the last 30 years in the commercial real estate business.

Over that time Todd has been involved with national and regional companies as a relocation specialist and site selection.

Recently Todd has represented a large local developer with retail and office projects from site selection through the development process and ultimately the leasing and sale of these projects. Some of the client’s he has represented have been Office Depot, Sprint, Starbucks, Outback and Panera Bread to name a few.
